The food and service at Bree Kitchen Ale House were excellent and we loved that they offered healthy options, like the salmon dishes we ordered. The ambiance was great! Very kitschy--it was after Christmas and they had the place decked out in holiday decor! The hubs and I will definitely be back here. It's a family friendly atmosphere, so we may even bring the kids!
We had an impromptu visit from our out of state relative and felt the Brew Kitchen was the best location for the 10 of us to show him SoCal hospitality(also great craft beers). Food was outstanding and we were offered outstanding service in a packed house. Always, a never disappointing experience when getting together with family in Los Al.
I've been here once before a LONG time ago. I remember it not being very memorable... not bad but not amazing. But the festive Christmas decor drew me in to try it again as I had been seeing several posts on social media about this place. I went with a friend on a Wednesday night mid-December and it was very busy. Fortunately, we didn't have to wait too long. We each had 1 cocktail and shared an appetizer. I got "How The Minze Stole Christmas" and she got "...and a Whiskey in a Pear Tree". She liked hers but I did not. OMG was mine M I N T Y. And not good minty either. Like toothpaste minty. I was gonna try to "deal with it" and drink it but there was no choking that thing down. I told the waiter and he got me a different cocktail; which I appreciate. I tried Rudolph's Hot Toddy but asked to have ice added as I don't care for hot beverages. I didn't really care for that one either but managed to drink the majority of it as I didn't want to send a second drink back. The pretzel bites that we shared were tasty.
We absolutely love this place!It's close to home but so festive. Great food and excellent service! The bacon wrapped dates are so good! The pizzas and burgers are always a great choice.
Visited this restaurant for a Christmas party. There were like over 50 of us. It was nice they had accommodated everyone who showed up. Even added extra tables and chairs outside of the restaurant. Mario was our server. He worked extra hard to serve us. Made sure every one was taken care of. He did do an amazing job. The restaurant was all decked out in a Christmas setting. Super cute! Definitely felt the holiday spirit. I had ordered the brisket grilled cheese with a salad on the side. It didn't disappoint me at all. Lots of flavors enjoying every bite. Everything on the menu looked and sounded delicious. Drinks were on point. They offered holiday drinks which came in cute Christmas glasses garnish with fruits and fresh herbs. I loved how they added blankets to keep you warm since we were outside. Overall was a nice place and will definitely revisit in the future.
The holiday decorations created a festive ambiance that greeted us even from the parking lot! It was pretty busy for a Sunday night, but our server, David, got us a fantastic booth. Service was impeccable, the other patrons were lively, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. We did the build-your-own Mac & Cheese, with short rib and Roma tomatoes. It was absolutely divine! We also had the veggie salad, and I must say, I'm air-frying my Brussels sprouts and artichoke hearts at home from now on! Overall, 10/10, would visit again!
This is my kind of place. Just a shame that it's on the other end of the county. This is the perfect place to come when your group is in the mood for different kinds of food. They have a wide variety of options with something to please everyone. The environment is very casual with a bar area and sports on the tvs. My friend had their acclaimed hamburger and my wife tried the massive "not yo mama's" grilled cheese. I was in a pizza mood and had the 3 meat combo. Everyone was happy with their food. From Brew to Alehouse you expect a great beer selection and they deliver. They have a wide variety with some real rare finds. But don't worry if you're not a beer fan. They have a full bar with lots of specials. Good attentive service. I will be back when in the area.
Brew Kitchen Ale House is a popular local establishment in Los Alamitos for a reason. I stopped by yesterday with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful experience. Our server was extremely hospitable and overall provided us with top notch service! The drinks here are on point and I'd very much recommend their 'Watermelon Jolly Rancher Slushy'. A friendly guest who was seated at the table next to us recommended their Fish Tacos so my boyfriend ordered those and I opted for their Chicken Parmesan. It came with a side of spinach as well and I loved it! My boyfriend really enjoyed his Fish Tacos as well so I'd recommend that as well to anyone dropping by for a bite! Overall I'll be back to try their popular pizza's and I recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great bite and drinks! Support your local businesses!
